Please suggest Because of tension I am feeling mental and physical tiredness. There's a lot of pain in my jawbone area, but this goes away when I hear soothing music and completely relax. Please help.

Dear Lybrate user. You may be developing a type of anxiety disorder, and your question itself contains the answer. Yes, relaxation and distraction(music). You can find some good activities that give you relaxation or distraction from the feared or tesion-creating situations. If a particular situation /person/activity can't be avoided, face it by graded exposure, i.e, face it with a relaxed attitude and till tolerance. Sooner or later you will get used to it. ,
When we are stressed we tend to tense up our muscles and clench our teeth. And when these muscles are tensed for long they start to Ache. Like you said, listening to music helps you relax and consequently your pain goes away. Make a conscious effort to notice your muscles time and again. Set an alarm after every few hours to take a break for 5 mins n practice deep breathing and relaxation. You will observe changes in your stress levels as well as pains. Hope it helps.
