I have gained 7 kgs of weight in last 2 years. I have increased my physical activities like walking running cycling etch to 45 mins daily. Still I am unable to shed weight from childhood I have cravings for sweet and junk food in the evening. I can't stop myself from having junk food in the evening. Suggest dry which mitigates this tendency and I eat healthy food and thereby reduce weight.

Stack your kitchen cabinets with healthy food items such as dry fruits, nuts, seeds, fruits etc. And not with packaged food items. So, next time you have cravings, eat one of these healthy foods.
