I had diagnosed with PCOS 3 months back and using course of medication Benforce and cystelia 35. I stay here at private hostel and I can't maintain my pcos diet plan. I walk every morning 30 minutes and have 15 minutes warm-up exercise. And go aerobics for 1 hour evng. And walk at least 15 minutes after meals and my dinner. So please tell me how to maintain my diet for PCOS by suggesting some tips and workouts? And diet maintenance?
