I am suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome since last 4-5 yrs. Few years back I was hit by typhoid fever and since then my digestion had become abnormal. Because of which I grew more and more despondent and went into depression. Now the symptoms are anxiety, depression, low mood due to which I get cramps in my lower abdomen. Feel bloated after eating. No sound sleep. Weight loss. over thinking on non trivial issues. Poor sex health. I can't exercise hard as I get cramps in my lower stomach and then doesn't feel like eating for days if I exercise hard or lift some weight. Not sure whether it is psychological or something in my stomach but I think I messed up my brain and stomach both and such an interlinking has been developed between my brain and stomach that it is becoming too difficult for me to break that cycle and come out of this chronic situation. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
