I didn't go for motion from past 3 days .it's happening frequently from past 3 months. In three days once I'm going. I have to do it with force. Please advice

First you need to take plenty of water to soften the stools so that stool can easily come out. For that you need to take 2.5 to 3 litres of water every day. Take food which contain fibre like green leafy vegetables, beans, ridge guard etc. Avoid hotel/road side food. For some reason if you require to take outside food take only hot stuff like dosa etc. You should take timely meals. Do not skip meals. You require to have some physical activity like walking/jogging/dancing etc. For atleast one hour, in the morning. You should not resist going to toilet when there is urge to pass motion. So when ever there is urge to pass motion, make it convenient to visit toilet. During your periods also do visit toilet every day and sit there for some time and try to pass motion so that your body will develop the habit of moving the bowels every day. Follow all the above gradually you will get the motion regularly after some days, which depends on your regularly following all the above. Even after trial for some time if you are unable to pass motion comfortably come back for advise of medicines. Good luck.
