I am 23 year old and having pcod past 5 years can you suggest the way to lose weight that will not bound back as I walk 10k steps everyday and I am on 1200 cal diet.

Continue with your diet and exercise routine .in between meals take healthy snacks like fruits. Fix your meal time ,breakfast by 9 AM, lunch by 2 PM and dinner by 8.30 PM. Post dinner you can have a walk.
