I am 40 years old. I hv pain in my penis while erect. But now a days there is pain even when not erect. I use to masturbate daily. My penis is bent towards left. I hv done sex thrice in my whole life and faced premature ejaculation and erection problem then. I am thinking of sex every second and use to masturbate 2 to 3 times a day. And there has been pain in my penis for da last 2 months. I went to a urologist last month but no any improvement. He gave me tab septran, paracetamol 500, vit e tab evion and tadalafil tab. But no improvement. please help.
