Helo Dr. m pishle ek month se ashavganda and himaleya confido use kar raha hoon par ek week se toilet k bad kaffi pain hota hai. Kya pain inko use karne se hoti hai ja koi or reason hai pain ka. Kya mai isse lena band kar doon. Please help.
