I have skin related problem and I am suffering from fungal infection and there much dandruff and seborrhoeic dermatitis and pityriasis in my hear and head .And hair fall also increases day by day. I take ciprofloxacin hydrochloride tablets and diclofenac sodium tablets and also use nizral shampoo but there is no effect on my problem .And this problem increases day by day .Sir please suggest me some medicine and any oil or shampoo for dandruff which have no harmful effect on my hair because my hairs are also ruff .And due to these shampoos they are become more and more ruff .Please suggest the medicine which improve my hair quality.
