Does sleeping for 8 hours should be continuous. I sleep 5 hours at night and 1.5 hours during the day. Is it enough? My age is 19 and height is 5.85. And I want to go upto 6.1. Can i ? I drink 5 litres of water a day and exercise for 15 mins every day.
