I am starting to eat flax seeds and start dieting and bit of exercise too, and I am feeling sleepy after sleeping for 6 hrs. Please advice

A normal adult's sleep must be about 7-8 hours. Flax seeds are good for your health, but your dieting and exercise must be appropriate according to your body parameters. So have healthy and nutritious food, do proper workout, have atleast 7-8 hours of sleep, be stress free, be hydrated. Flax seeds are a rich source of micro nutrients, dietary fiber, manganese, vitamin B1, and the essential fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid, also known as ALA or omega-3 which is good for health.
