Hello all I am an aspirant preparing for Govt jobs and I have been facing this problem since 4 to 5 years. My problem while studying reading is that I feel sleepy and this occurs to me frequently and now daily, when I start reading anything such as newspaper, books novel etc. Even when I am article an article etc. On PC or mobile phone I immediately start fleeing sleepy and get distracted. Please let me know if if it is any psychological disorder or its normal with everyone of us? It will does not happen when I solve sums or write any article or notes. Need your guidance asap! Regards

For some people the glare of the computer or any screen can be strainful. You can take frequent breaks every 15 -20 minutes. Learn more about it from the internet. (Keep blinking the eye lids and look at a far-off object to relax the eye lens.) You may feel sleepy even if you are sleep deprived or after having your meals. So develop a personal strategy by thinking how to utilize your time and energy in a productive way. Be flexible and relax your mind by doing something that makes you happy (it can be any hobby ). Please adapt a healthy lifestyle so that you can focus on your work with alertness. Learn Yoga and pranayam which can bring the balance between the mind and body and help you focus on your priorities. Do go for health check up once as a preventive measure.
