You are wasting your time faking it. Go and attend courses that will raise your competence in these areas that you feel inferior and change yourself. If you carried on like this you will get addicted to masturbation and then you will never need a woman because you can get sexual satisfaction without being in a relationship! Do a good personality development course, a public speaking skills course, good conversational skills course etc.
