I have extra testis at upper left side, just upside of normal testis. Sometimes it becomes soft and sometime it becomes hard. Size of that extra testis is little bigger that normal one. Also sometimes I suffer abdominal pain just of few minutes and pain appears only sometimes like 1 or 2 time in a week and I am not sure that this pain is because of that extra testis.

It is most likely to be a hydrocele of the cord which you feel like an extra testis. Get scrotal USG done. It will give you an accurate diagnosis. The surgery required is simple and straight forward. If fluctuation of the size is real, then it could be hernia. Surgery is the right treatment after the diagnosis.
