I am male aged 56 years. MRI of LS spine shows Spondylosis from L2 to S1 level and also fusion of C5 and C6 vertebrae. I am pain in the lower back more on Right. Side and weakness in Right lower limb. Treatment with pain killers and physiotherapy not showing any improvement since last 6 months. What is the surgical treatment available.

Appears to be Lumbar canal stenosis. Can be treated initially by nerve relaxing medicines. Surgical options include Endoscopic 1 inch surgery Open 3 inch surgery If bone slipping then fixation required. Needs a proper workup before final decision.
