From Past 12 months I am checking my weight once in a month and it is in the range of 64.5 to 65 Kgs. Is this a Good weight considering my age. I usually will not prefer any junk food. My ultimate goal is to reduce my weight to 60 Kgs. Let me know the way forward to reduce my weight.
