Hello doctor I am a 15 year old boy my body fat percentage is 25 I want to loose weight and I want to gain muscle and abs please recommend me a workout plan and a diet plan thank you.

HI. A workout plan must be custom to you. Please see a Dietitian or a personal trainer for a training plan. Also, diet and exercise can be very useful. Exercise at least 30 mins, 3 times a week!
