Dear Dr, I have acne for which I am taking retino a 0.25% and clindac a gel. I've been applying this for around 15 days. Pimples are gone but new have emerged and the old ones left dark spots. I wanna know should I continue using the medicine if yes. I am just getting anxious how much time it'll all take to disappear. And can you please suggest something for pigmentation.

I will suggest you to stop using clindamycin gel and I will suggest you to apply aloevera gel twice a day for six months over the lesion and follow up on completion and I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2cc intramuscularly every week for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional
