Hi. Sir I am 33 years male. I have got whole body profile blood test done in which my Hb-16.7 and my uric acid is 7.2.rest all test are normal. Apart from this I am having bp problem from last 3 years for that I am taking regular medicines and balance diet only vegetarian food. Even I dnt smoke, drink,no non-veg .my bp readings are-120/80, 130/90. So what I do for my good health please suggest should I stop the medicines, kindly suggest on this I take 1 tab. Beta sure 50 in day and zarbil 40 mg in nite.

Excessive tests and diet restrictions are not helpful. Avoid tests unless you have health problem. Avoid full body testing it will only cause confusion. The secret to perfect health is very simple, I hope you will be given the correct advice by someone soon. Best wishes.
