Dear lybrateuser, - It is always better to sleep or lye down after half to one hour after eating or drinking a fluid like milk, it helps in its proper digestion - you can have three meals & a snack midmorning & mid afternoon, so there may be a gap of 2-3 or 4 hrs in between eating food which includes snacks.
