For diet, For seborric dermatitis diet, avoid the intake of milk and eggs. Eat foods that are rich in proteins and vitamin A, E, C. These foods include carrots, spinach, tomatoes, almonds etc. For hairfall, eat lots of spinach, carrots, lentils, amla and nuts.
