Hi, I am 45 years old, male person. Earlier, 1 year back- I have slipped disk issue. Still now a days while lifting some weight or climbing stairs, I fell the back pain. To keep myself fit as a routine every day I do a 30 minutes small running types exercise. Please suggest natural remedies, like food habit, exercise I should follow on daily basis to overcome my chronic back pain issue.
