You should avoid constipation. For that take plenty of liquids specially buttermilk. Increase fiber intake like salad, green leafy vegetables etc. Do regular exercise. Take hot water tub bath twice daily. Take some soft laxative like haritaki powder/ Swadisht Virechan Churna etc. Apply some soothing cream or coconut oil in anal passage.
