Dear sir 3 months back I got married now I am having problem when I am going to urine after finishing the urine also little drops was leaking at the same time First 2 months 3 to 4 time daily I am doing sex now I am doing 1 or 2 times only for day 3rd time not possible sir please give me suggestion sir.

Post void dribbling has no relation to your sexual activities. It's just Anatomy of male urethral, which is S or sigmoid shaped. And the sphincter is in memebrnous urethra. So the accumulated urine in bulbar urethra drops due to gravitational force. But your question may be why now the symptoms. It's because of the bulbocavernous and ischiocavernous muscles which normally helps to propel the last part of urine. Most of the people after a certain age observe this dribbling due to weakness of these muscles. Only way to overcome this post void dribbling is milking method (just compress behind scrotum and proceed forward) so that last remaining drops will come out without dribbling.
