Hi am 28 ,I feel like I put weight on specially my tummy, after my delivery done by operation ,my skin colour become dull and hair loss and lower back pain please suggest me something that I can become slim an fit,

Eat more fruits and dry fruits. Eat veg salad with every meal. Drink lot of water. Walk regularly and do stretches and exercises regularly. Visit a dietitian to get a proper plan for weight reduction and fitness.
