Sir, I am 23 Yr old. I can see increase in my chest size and I feel very discomfort to have man boobs, I masturbate 4-5 times a week and these days I am avoiding my masturbation Due to this man boobs, and Is that the masturbation a cause for that or Does stopping dips/pull ups exercise which I used to do causes boobs? Dear Lybrate User, Male human beings posses nipples. But unlike female human beings the mammary glands under the nipples are missing in male human beings. Male boobs/Gynaecomastia develops due to an increase of the ratio of the Oestrogen & Androgen Hormones. It is created due to endocrine disturbances. Please carry out the following blood tests:- 1) Liver Function Test 2) Serum Creatinine Level 3) Serum T3, T4, TSH Level 4) Serum Testosterone Level 5) Serum Estradiol Level 6) Serum LH & FSH Level. Conduct the blood test as soon as possible because the results are necessary to diagnose the proper cause behind your problem. Revert back with the results & consult me privately via Lybrate. In the mean-time join a gym and do chest exercise to tone up your chest muscles. Also there is a home therapy for you. You must have seen earthen pots (MATKI). You need to break one such matki & choose two fragments from the debris each having dimension around 4 inches x 3 inches. Wash those fragments in water & keep those fragments under sunlight to get heated for at least 8 hours. After 8 hours hold those hot fragments over both of your nipples for 30 minutes.
