Hi there I am under weight how can I increase my weight people say it's my genetically problem as my father and grand father are also slim and I work out often so how can I increase my weight so please help me out.

You need to gain muscle weight not fat gain. Have more good carbs that are - Oats and bananas in morning, brown rice in afternoon, and sweet potato in evening as snacks. Also add plenty of fruits, nuts and seeds in your diet. Avoid packed foods.
