I am 35 years old. Working as a Teacher. Travelling daily to work place by two Wheeler about 30 kms to n fro n managing home. I am feeling my works r very monotonous n not physically enough for weight reduction. I'm 76.6 KGS now differs from 75 to 78 sometimes. I am doing yoga but not helpful for weight reduction. I'm veg tn. Take egg. My work s so stressful. When I come in the evening from school to home I feel very hungry like a giant. Don't know why. Worried whether I am having ocf problem. Pls suggest an easy way to reduce weight.

Hi, Thanks for the queries. Sunitha there is no short cut for Weight loss but you may reduce weight with proper weight management plan which you may follow as per your schedule. For hunger also need step by step process but you may eat more vegetables and drink enough water to manage your hunger. Eat nuts, salad whole grain will give you advantage.
