Disc dessication with diffuse annular disc bulge, large posterior and posterior left paracentral disc protrusion and facet joint arthropathy seen L4-L5 result in marked effacement of bilateral neural foramina, bilateral lateral recess stenosis nd marked canal stenosis with compression over thecal sac and bilateral s1 nerve roots (l>r) and predominantly left L4, L5 nerve roots. Small posterior disc protrusion seen at D11-12 level resulting in indentation over thecal sac.

You should strictly avoid forward bend posture. To avoid compression on spinal cord .spinal brass indicated to delode spinal cord pressure which gives relief a lot.
