Hello I am 25 years old. I have been doing gym for 2 years. I have got changes and lift good weight but sometimes my lower back doesn't let me workout well nd lift mostly on thigh and back workout sessions. I get muscles cramps easily and mostly fatigue after workout. Sometimes I feel it may be due to extra exercise but I have a question does it relate to the masturbation habit? What food I should I add in my diet to avoid back problems and recovery of my body after workouts.
