Hello, please have your thyroid levels checked. Also, start with 45-60 minutes of exercise daily. Along with this make lifestyle changes such as having early dinner, eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and cutting down all junk, sugary or processed foods. Also drink at least 3 liters of water daily. Look for slow and steady progress. All the best!
