I took mifepristone and misoprostol for my abortion and I had prolonged small clots in different intervals for 1 to 2 month's. Now during scan there was multiple follicles arranged in peripheral pattern with thickened stroma the ovaries measures about 31*15*32 mm in size, volume -8.13 cm3 and 34*21*24 mm in size, volume -8.67 cm3 ,others are normal. Gynecologist suggest me for yamini tablet. I am not interested in taking this tablet because of it's side effects. Will this multi follicular ovaries cure by itself without tablet is there any natural way to cure it. Please do the needful.

These lifestyle modifications can help in reducing the intensity of problem. Usually if your periods get delayed you need to see your r not pregnant ,if negative take tablets for periods to come. Taking yasmin might regularise your cycles but still pco can come back because it also has genetic predisposition. Sometimes we do advise other tablets called insulin sensitisers if sugars are not in balance. .hair growth
