First of all any medications for termination of pregnancy should be taken after seeing a specialist. Ultrasound needs to be done to rule out that the pregnancy is in uterus. Secondly its also needed to do a check scan to rule out that process of abortion is complete. During process of abortion the pt will get pain which is crampy, bleeding.if the process of abortion is incomplete it may give rise to more bleeding giddiness. And incomple abortion can predispose to infections .so keep a watch on that.
