I have chicken gunya fever from last one month .I have taken medicines but till the its relief but after some days hrs coming back .what should I do?

Hi lybrate-user, it seems that post chickengunia your immunity has gone low. For this you should: try to wake up before 6 am do regular exercise and pranayam for at least 30 min a day drink giloy juice, tulsi water, soaked dry fruits you should properly massage your body with oil prior taking bath (use lukewarm water for bathing) try to take sun bath twice a week.
