I am 40 years of age. My job requires me to stay alone in a rural location where I am dependent on outside food which is on the very oily side and based in red pepper masala. I also tour a lot because of which I am not able to sustain a regular exercise schedule, though I brisk walk when I get the chance. I am anxious as to how this diet will affect my long term health and am looking for advice for circumventing the same.

Keep a stock of plenty of fruits and raw veggies, like carrots, tomato, cucumber, cabbage, capsicum. Before eating outside, eat good qty of fruits and salads. Then go out have whatever you can. This will reduce your outside food intake. Keep a few nuts and dried fruits handy and keep munching. This will not let you feel more hungry. Take walk in sunlight as much as you can.
