You need to discipline your life. Stop becoming hard. Do meditation, engage yourself in your field of interest at least for 1 hour in a day. Try to FORGIVE and FORGET. Try not to react on other person's issues focus on your's own life journey. Try to follow following: wake up before sunrise go for running or morning walk alone (30 to 60 min) drink 2-3 liters water avoid fasting and skipping meals (during eating give your whole attention and respect to food) avoid spicy, preserved, processed, packed food items take fresh fruits and boiled vegitables in evening do some vigorous exercise for at least 30 min daily pray to God daily (two times) avoid over usage of electronic items try to sleep before 10 pm TRY TO HELP DESTITUTES.
