I have cholesterol levels near to normal and I want to know which sprouts fruits and vegetables I should have. Also the ideal time for breakfast lunch and dinner. I have tea regularly 3 times a day and I feel complete and satisfied taking a small piece of sweet after food. What can I have for that. Since I had a C section 3 months back is it safe to walk 45 minutes a day.Please suggest me good diet.
