Hello. Stress can not be removed completely. It can be channelised. Identify what are your stressors and see the ones you can control. For eg if the traffic stresses you out, you can?t change the cars on the road but you can try to leave a bit earlier. Similarly certain things will never be under your control, and you have to not stress about t. Stress is a good thing at some times. Eg before exams or deadlines at work.
