I had my first right shoulder dislocation on 2014 than after a week rest again I got back to the work then in 2015 I dislocated my r shoulder twice same a week rest and again back to the work now in 2017 Last Saturday I dislocated dislocated my r shoulder for fourth time now only I took mri scan and the impression is low grade partial thickness tear of the tendon supraspinatus and a micro bone crack so the question is how to heal it and how long it will take because I regularly lift because I want to be a fitness pro SO can I lift again.

No first of all stop lifting. Avoid overhead Activities and side lift with external rotation. Do cold therapy 3 times a day for 6 weeks. Gradually star with mild activities.
