Hello, I've taken test for abdomen and result gave impression as grade- I Fatty liver and 'Splenomegaly' Can you let me what is the issue and how to diagnose these?

1)Choose a healthy diet. Choose a healthy plant-based diet that's rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and healthy fats.

2)Maintain a healthy weight. If you are overweight or obese, reduce the number of calories you eat each day and get more exercise. If you have a healthy weight, work to maintain it by choosing a healthy diet and exercising.

3)Do exercise most days of the week.So make a plan for it

For enlarged spleen what is your present clinical history is important because there are lots of pathological causes responsible for enlarged spleen.
