I usually have a high heartbeat rate and I also fell anxiety attack. What should i do?

Hello. Mostly anxiety comes from something the triggers. That would make you feel anxious and symptoms like rapid heartbeat, it effects your thought process too. What I would recommend is to stay with your anxiety and remind yourself that its just a thought. Once you feel that you are in a position to think rational take couple of deep breaths. Work on your triggers by seeing a counselor or a clinical psychologist. I hope you feel better soon.
