I am teenager of age 16. I am suffering from chicken pox marks on faces and pimples/acne. I have chicken pox when I was 14 yrs. So how can I get rid of it.

Dear lybrate-user, You should note that pimples/acne should be given at most care as if not properly treated they leave life long scars which are difficult to remove and would require lengthy treatments.
Regarding your problem you may note that treatment of acne should include both external application and internal remedy specific to your individual constitution. The few obvious causes for acne are:
Increased production of the sex hormones.
Androgen stimulates increased sebum production.
An aerobic proliferation within the follicles.
Intense acute inflammatory response.
Continuous touching and squeezing.
Hot and humid weather.
Use of wrong cosmetics.
A comprehensive judicious program is required to get rid of acne and its scars.
Treatment for Acne should aim at: Reducing the bacterial population of hair follicle.
Encouraging the shedding of the follicular horny plugs to free obstruction.
Reducing the rate of sebum production either by acting on the sebaceous glands or indirectly by inhibiting the effect of androgen on sebaceous glands.
Usage of anti-inflammatory agents to reduce the effect of acne inflammation on the skin.
