Respected Sir I want to Know about my diet .is it good or not. In morning I consume 5 glasses of water. 1.simple water 2.a cup of fenugreek water 3.20 ML. Giloy plend with water 4.20 ML. Cowurine with 20 ml water after 2 hours I go to running min 8 km or 10 km and kapalbhati anulom vilom yoga etc. Breakfast is now a days 1. Carrot beetroot spinach juice 2.Apple 3.Gram groundnut moong 4.dry fruit -3 figs 4 sultana currants 6 raisin 4almonds. In noon 4chapati pulses 1 Veg. Same is dinner 4 or 5 chapati any veg. Please suggest me is there any blunder in diet. And now how many km I can run.

I will suggest you to do aerobic exercise and than plan to run as per your capacity and running needs to be done on alternate days and also add bananas and apples in your food intake and apply ghee over Chapati
