Hi Doctor, Im Arun Prasath, 27 years old. One month before I got married. Whenever I intercourse with my wife I didn't got ejaculation even I did half an hour. But my cock temper level is good. If you are ejaculating after masturbation means you are perfectly alright. Delayed ejaculation is not a problem at all, after all a married life need to fufill sexual desire and to be parents of their child. If you are able to do both then no issue at all.
