Hello doctor I am running everyday and working on my fat loss my intake does not include any fatty food I have been noticing weight reduction in my body but with that I also feel week and sometimes also while doing hard physical work I feel dizzy can you please help me with whatever I can do thank you.

Hello, keep up the good effort. Just ensure you are eating good amount of vegetables, fruits and drinking at least 3 liters of water daily. Its important that you have balanced meal by including some amount of good quality protein such as egg, pulses, chicken, dal, curd etc and adding healthy fat in the form of fish, nuts, seeds etc. Ensure you are eating in moderation and following small portion size. Do not get into extreme starving or any quick diets. Always go by healthy eating strategies. All the best!
