Painful swallowing can be due to many reasons like throat or oral ulcers, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, post - nasal dripping, or many other reasons. This can be diagnosed only by examination of oral cavity and taking all symptoms. Till then you can take lukewarm water. Avoid oily, fatty, sour and spicy food for homeopathic medications, contact us.
