What I do to remove the pimples and black darks. I also try every thing but not effected to me I think its not clear.

Follow these tips to lightens and remove black marks & pimples -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark marks 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.

My 5 month old son is crying whole night might be due to low feed. I want to start bottle milk. Pls guide me which milk I can start 1. Amul full cream/toned 2. Nestle protein or any else.

Do not start with cow or buffalo milk until child crosses 1 year. Reason for crying might be colic pain so start with colic aid drops 4-5 drops 3-4 times a day, other alternative for breast feeding is formula feed which is available as lactogen or nan. I suggest you not to start formula feed if you are having enough breast milk. Continue breast milk atleast for 1 year.

Only if you are happy doing things on your own can you give happiness to others. Find time for yourself in the day where you do things that make you happy. Many times we are so caught up in daily routines, spending time with others that we forget the" self. Nurture your self and you will be able to spread positive energy to others. A lonely person can never be alone and wants to be constantly surrounded by someone or the other but an individual who chooses to be alone is not lonely.

Any age group people can use snowdent paste for white teeth? and snowdent is harmful to teeth for not?

Avoid it in the kids less than 10 years. And use as little as required to brush your teeth. Any tooth paste that contains sodium lauryl sulfate is harmful. So use less quantity of the toothpaste always.

You can take(if no drug allergy) Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas or it may be muscular pain Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food we may need to start medications after personal consultation

I am 16 years old and not Happy with my height which is same since 2-3 years, 5'3. How can I increase it?

Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. Add other greens I hv not mentioned. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or tin can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. The benefits of this is ungaugeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it effects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age. In todays urban atmosphere, exercise indoors unless you live in rural areas or in the hills. Otherwise buy electrical air purifiers, put it on full and exercise in front of it.

No smoking and alcohol. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Hello, My Dad got high sugar level from last year, now it is been quite under controll But from that moment onwards he is suffering from Knee Joint pains regularly, soo many consultations done but not much improvement, one of my friend suggested me to give him omega-3 capsules. Can i go with this ?

Use Epsom Salt for Back Acne: Get this: •Epsom salt- 1-2 cups •warm bath water to soak Do this: •Add Epsom salt into the bathtub as the water runs to fill it. •Soak in the bath for 15-30 minutes or more. •Don’t use bath foam or any other soap or chemical in this bath water. •You may use a loofah though gently for better absorption and blood circulation. •After this Epsom salt bath, you should drink a lots of water. Precaution: Don’t rub Epsom salt directly into your skin as it is abrasive and may aggravate your back acne by breaking your skin further. As magnesium and calcium, both are competitors when it comes to absorption, take care to have enough of calcium otherwise it may lead to calcium deficiency in your body.
