Do not worry too much about calories. Please follow VIWA diet:
Vegetarian: All veg foods. Stop animal foods including packed milk & processed milk products.
Indian: Eat foods that are grown locally, avoiding imported fruits & veggies. Wholesome: Eat whole of fruits, vegetables, legume sprouts & nuts, means raw or steamed, without much cooking
Aggregate: Means eating everything right in a day and over long term, avoiding packed, refined & market foods.
Take 45 mins walk everyday in sunlight before noon. You will see weight & sugar
level reduction very soon. Follow it regularly for 2-3 months. Later also continue like this.
