I'm suffering from heart disease and I'm planted with ICD. And I'm also suffering from diabetes. I have also big size tummy. How much calories should I burn daily?

Hello, You need to reduce 30 kgs of your weight. Tk,1200 to 1600 calories in your diet. Go for meditation to reduce your stress in order to maintain diabeties, conditioning your heart. Tk, care.

Do not worry too much about calories. Please follow VIWA diet: Vegetarian: All veg foods. Stop animal foods including packed milk & processed milk products. Indian: Eat foods that are grown locally, avoiding imported fruits & veggies. Wholesome: Eat whole of fruits, vegetables, legume sprouts & nuts, means raw or steamed, without much cooking Aggregate: Means eating everything right in a day and over long term, avoiding packed, refined & market foods. Take 45 mins walk everyday in sunlight before noon. You will see weight & sugar level reduction very soon. Follow it regularly for 2-3 months. Later also continue like this.
