You need to maintain a Food Diary and write down every bit of food and liquids that you take. Do this for one month.
If you can't write in diary you can use 'Myfitnesspal' app. Once you do this you will realise that you are consuming too much excess calories.
It is better you visit a dietitian to work on a proper plan. But please avoid all sorts of gimmick gadgets / supplements / medicines etc.
