I have spasm or twitch and burning sensation in my anus region from 1-2 month. In last month I go to a doctor who said to me it is not an anal fissure/fistula/piles. Then I take treatment from him but nothing happen good and I had also gone through endoscopy but it is normal endoscopy report. But now I have lot of twitch or spasm in anus so how I resolve it.
